Well damn, if you trust your welds then, at least make the fvckin thing look half decent!! Get your sh!t sandblasted and it least put some decent looking paint on it for cryin out loud. But it's your cart and your 4-H project..have at it.

today i got the sproket mounted, shifter lincage made, and started making a gass pedal. it took forever to get the sproket mounted becous i had to cut it in half and weld it back together on the axyl. it uses #50 roler chain so i got a 25 tooth sproket and need to get a roler to keep the chain off or the shifter rod and case saver. it should be going in about 11 days cus im going away on vacation for a while.

hey my whole life is a death trap what are you talking about. o ya and if you didnt notice that pic is a pic of it when it jiast after i construckeded the frame and wired it up to get it to work. not a finished project.

im painting the frame today and got it to run on eather but the carbartors are vacume operated and are messed up. if anyone has worked with vacum operated carbs let me know if the top diaphrams are sposto be tigght or way loose??

The diaphrams should fit snug. I wouldn't even mess with it if I were you because you need special tools and its better to have someone with experience do it.

i went up to kens small engen in cal and there was a jet that was pluged in bolth carbs that was hiden and pluged with solid junck that we had to drill out. the jets were under some plugs that were solid.

ya the tank fell off on the first test run so now its dented to hell and i had to paint over almost all of it. the stripes loked like crap up close but they look decent form far. now it only has stripes on the top and it will be in the green 4h building untill sunday the 21st at 4pm. and yes it does run decent now and i have all the controles done.

i think it needs a two into one pipe topped off with a white brothers carbon pro exhaust or else a yoshi tri oval carbon, hell the thing would be worth 900 bucks then!
