So I'm cruising on my VMax across the Bong bridge from Duluth MN to Superior WI. I roll on it a little to about 110mph and then back off. I'm down to mid 80's when low and behold there's a trooper parked on the shoulder. 28mph over, or 83 in a 55. $223 and I'm not welcome back to WI for 15 days. Here's the bridge, hard not to speed across, for me anyway... So while I'm standing in shoulder waiting for my ticket, it starts to pour. I mean it's coming down cats and dogs, thunder, lightening, the whole deal. No rain gear. Stood there in the rain for about 5 minutes and then rode 1/2 hour back home in the rain. Later that night my co-ed volleyball team just absolutely got hammered by a bunch of ex college players playing in the intermediate league. Bunch of sandbaggers. When it rains, it pours.

We have two major bridges that cross the St. Louis River here in Duluth. One is the Blatnik bridge which everyone refers to as the High bridge. So we have the High bridge and the Bong bridge. We also have this going for us...

Well I guess you maybe won't speed like that again, but wow thats a huge fine. Was the cop nice about it or was he mad? Sorry about the rough day, we all have those sometimes.

I haven't had a speeding ticket in over 15 years. Not that I don't speed, but rather, I'd like to think I pick my moments wisely. I break the c-note all the time on the bike, hard not to. But yea, I have noticed my speeds have been on the bit more mellow side lately.
All cops are assholes, IMO.
He did however tell me to have a nice day after handing me the ticket. Gee, thanks.

I think its kind of funny that I've been kicked out of Wisconsin for 15 days. The state is a cess pool anyway.

Haha, you should have told the cop to fvck off after he gave you the ticket. They can't fine you for saying something like that to them can you? After all it is America, and free speech. But then again itsnt not always fair.

he means insested. like you mom is your aunt and sister all at the same time Sorry bud, a cess pool is essentially a leak-proof holding tank for human waste; in terms of volume they are usually much larger than septic tanks. A cess pool needs to be emptied once it is full. In other words, the state is a big steaming pile of sh!t. However, it does not suprise me to find out that you folks are all inbreed as well. Welcome to wanker county where we is all relative.

I would try for a prayer of judgement seeing how you havn't had a ticket in 15 years... otherwise I'd get a lawer and try for a reduction ... it might/will cost a few hundred but in the long run you'll be better off than getting the points and the having you insurance make like a skyrocket.
