This pass laborday some of my friends came over so we stuck a pig in the ground and a couple kegs on ice.
While the pig was cooking and the beer chilling about a dozen of us set off to ride around MY property.
We rode a couple hours then went back to test the beer and check on the pig.
Everyone had a great time, no fights, no arrest, no explosions... guess we're settling down some.
A few days later the sheriff comes by and hands me a sist and deceased order. He also handed me some fines and an order to appear.
The charge? Distrubing the peace, damaging the enviorment, and operating a business without a permit.
One of my neighbors got their panties wadded up their ass and called the city code enforcement complaining about the motocross track I was operating. Thats the operatiing a business without a permit charge.
The people from the country came out here (didn't enter my property) and took photos of the trails we had made thur the brush and woods along the property line. Thats the damage to the enviorment charge.
I don't know where the disturbing the peace came from.
But after I was served there was alot cause I was cussing out the sheriff the city, the county, and the federal punks that sneak around here!
Anyhow I got some lawers working on it now and I'm thinking of a counter suit... just for the hell of it!
Think your property is your own, think you can do anything you want on it? NOT !!!!!
These inbreed hillbilly,goat fvckers don't know who they dealing with.... they want a war... then we'll go to war!

nieghbors suck  mine are the same way!! just cuz my quads loud there always on my ass, i've had neighbors come over when i'm in the garage and chew my ass out for speeding on our road for like 15 minutes! it's like dude i wasnt speeding! it's so retarded! it's like wow get a life... and i'll vote for starting a war! do w.e u want that's legal! make noise who cares, in the end they'll wish they kept there mouth shut |

they cant do sh!t about the track unles there are multiple noise complaints if its privet property and or you wernt taking mony to rideon the track. or there was serious eroson.

Yeah Its pretty unfair how you pay taxes and stuff on the land and yet its still not rightfully yours it always seems. Good thing I can ride my dirtbike for a little bit around here and the neibors motion for me to do wheelies down the road and stuff...even the old ones...haha but I don't do it for very long because I know if I was someone that didn't care for mx riding I wouldn't like it.

UPDATE: My lawers have filed a suit under FOI to find out who made the complant. There is a law in this county regulating motocross tracks. Okay but is what I have a legal defined mx track? From riding around the property serveral "trails" have been formed. Is that a mx track? There are NO man made jumps, whoops, table tops ect... There have been no tires or flags placed to out line a "track" And there is no defined start/ stop point. So the county calling it a MX track is a little far fetch in my views. As to the damage to the environment charges.... thats a bit more open cause yes there has been some damage to the stream banks where we have been going in and out the stream. They Have pics of these... however in order to take them pics they had to come on to my property to take them. Which they did not have permission to do that and no warrent so I'm filing crimal trespassing charges againest the people that work in code enforment personally and as a whole. The charged of damage to the enviorment I'm filing a rit to have thrown out as it is fruits of an illegal action  The noise complant has already been thrown out as it there was no evidence. The saga continues... oh so far my legal cost are at $15,000.00 The country and whoever made the complant can expect a 1.5 million civil suit when I'm done I might be an outlaw but god I love it when the law works for me  |

That is just some trails...that is NOT a motocross track. Send someone out with knowledge of the situation and show them that it is just some trails that you and some friends ride around on for fun.

some people need to get a life and quit bitching, i really cant stand people that have nothing better to do than turn people in... for stupid stuff like this. makes me want to light there house on fire. does anyone realize riding keeps a lot of bored kids that live out in the middle of nowhere (me) from toking it up and doing other stupid sh!t. but then they turn around and bitch about there tax dollars going to rehab patients  . |

Hell yeah... not to mention all the people that have jobs because of kids with bikes... you know doctors, EMT's, amblulance drivers ect...
Seriously, I got a feeling someone is trying to CAUSE me trouble... I think my neighbors have discovered I'm NOT Mr Roberts and I don't like neighbors. Even if they are a half mile away.

i got stalked last night!
i was ridin, jumped into this meadow that was just cut and was messing aronund doing wheelies and sh!t and then this truck like drives on to the field and it scared the CRAP out of me!
sure it's not my meadow but i wasnt doing anything wrong and i ride in it all the time, so i just flew out of there, and he followed me for like 3 miles on this gravel road till i got in this trail in the woods and he left..i hate it when dicks like that do that, it's like wow am i even doing anything wrong? spaz out why dont they...some ppl are anal about the G@Yest stuff

definitely. actually where i do a lot of my riding i have had the cops turn around to follow me for diding a ditch trail and i have also had my great uncle call us in because he is like anti-atv( and plus hes a hardcore dumbass) and is losing his mind....
some people just dont get it...good luck on winning the case i hope you send them and their holier than thou attitude right down the sh!tter

UPDATE 10-11-2005 My little yankee jew lawer got a call from the county atterony yesterday, they acknowledge that the county may have jumped the gun alittle and want to settle things.out of court. What they purpose is they drop the case againest me and I drop my lawsuits againest the county code enforcement. The enforcment officer that trespassed onto my land has been given a week off without pay by the department. So the score so far is Dirtbikers 1 / Big Brother 0 |

UPDATE 11-08-2005 I won ! The county commissioners have agreed to cover my court cost and legal fees, I have a letting from the building code enforcement department stating that the few trails running thur my property are NOT a motocross track. They have acknowledged that their officer over stepped his authority and have turned over his notes including the identity of the person that called the complant that started this. Mrs. Helen Walshe was the nice lady (gag) that called her "brother" who happen to be the now "former" code enforcement inspector for the county. And why did she call him... back when I was building my place I caught her little bastard son and his buddies having a beer partie in my unfinished house... I took the beer from them and chased them off my land. Then I caught him in his truck 4 wheeling thur my property so I spred out a bunch of tire spikes on my road and he had to buy a new set of tires. So when she saw me and my "invited" buddies riding and 4 wheeling she figured if her little boy Johnny couldn't do that I wasn't gonna do it either. Well long story short... her son is facing fed time for growing pot on federal land. Her husband ain't speaking to her cause my lawer has taken them to court for slander and defamation. Her brother is unemployed and moving in with them. And I have applied for and been granted a permit to build a mx track on the property I just bought on the other side of her house. My friend at the realitor's office tells me shes thinking of selling out And people wounder why I hate neighbors.... |

Not sure if I'm gonna bother building one but I got the permit to do it... anyone know any track managment companies or track builders they could recommend? Riding a track is totally different than operating one. |
