Where did you get that picture? Looks awesome to me. But I don't think that is going to be the new look, because I have seen pictures of the 07 450. Maybe a aftermarket kit?

Yeah its on the yamaha site too now. Guess its the "Special Edition." Its going to be tough for Yamaha to keep making "edition" type models every year now, but I think they are about out of options now because white, blue, and yellow have been the only colors.
