Try using locking clamps to grab the bolt and simply twist it out.

Do you have the bolt pretty much rounded off now?? Craftsman makes a tool that free's stripped bolts I think.

is it in a atight spot? if not take your grinder and gring the edges so they are flat and you can get like a size smaller wrench on it. then try to get the bolt out that way

Also did you way overtighten the bolt? Most people don't use torque wrenches because it's a hassle...but its a way where this never would have happened. That is unless you used the wrong socket.

get a reverse drill bit and if yer lucky itle come out with jist that other wise get a ez-out and that will take it out. u gata dril the hole in dead center to get lucky so file it flat at the top and lightly tap it with a punch or use a self powered center punch dead center. the ez-out needs to have a hole drilled any whays to use it but hopefuly u wont need it. o yea and make sure it is smaler then the root diamiter of the bolt.

i grinded it down and used a smaller wrench and got it out.. thanks for the tips
