I was chatting with a friend today that races GNCC. He was telling me that many GNCC and desert racers don't use air in their tires... They use either nitrogen or carbon dioxcide in their tires .
Thinking is that as you race the air expands in the tire as it heats up and a inert gas will not change presure.
Regrete this shall I do , mmm , what are your thoughts on that?

Most of them use the foam tire to by michelen. but taht is really expensive to run...

Yes I've runned a Moose tube, they a royal bitch to put in. They also tend to melt during fast desert racing. There are combo tubes made, alot of the pro and top riders run the combos.
