Before you go out and buy another bottle of expensive plastic cleaner from a dealer or somewhere...try windex, its makes your bike shiny and doesn't harm the plastic or graphics.

I use Fast Orange hand cleaner on the seat it makes the seat look brand new!
I also use Windex to add that glossy shine to the plastics!
