I like to ride the woods and to that end like to keep the bike simple. Doesn't get much simplier then this, a 1995 DR250se. Motor is stock with a bunch of bolt on stuff (pipe, suspension, bars, pegs, air box mod, jetting, gearing, plastics, guards, etc...). Plus it's street legal which is nice for hooligan riding about town. Just finished going through the rear swing arm replacing all the bearings and some other misc stuff. Some the the needles just fell out of the bearings, so I gues it was time eh. My 'other' bike is a 2000 Yamaha Vmax...the reddest of the redneck bikes, a mad orgy of power over sense, motor over frame...140hp & 80 lb/ft torque, woot woot The bike is all motor

I've seen 120mph on the bike, it should be good for another 15-20mph. While those numbers are no longer out of this world, the bike 'feels' fast due to the fairly upright seating postion, unlike a crotch-rocket where you are tucked in behind a fairing.
