How often do all you grease your wheel bearings, linkage, headstem, etc. I did all that this spring and it actually made my suspension ride alot more plush. And if you dont do it your linkage can freeze up and then snap which causes your back tire to be touching the fender...not a good way to go.

Grease it every 4-6 rides depending on length and condition of riding.

yeah it takes alot of time to do but its so worth it when you get it all back together.

one thing to think about geting is a grease zerk neadal. you dont have to take most stuf apart to grease becouse you can put the nedal in and pump grese in a spicific area. it would work good for the head steam berings and a fuew other places.

Thumpstars have grease zericks on the head tube, havent seen how well it works on account that its my buddies thumpstar but she rips!
