hey yall i made a pipe tonite for my mini 100 nad it looks exactly liek a big gun exhaust for the xr50's.. illpost pictures of it tomoro.. and man is there a differsnce in the way the power is delivered on the bike

it was loud when i straight piped it but i made little baffle with screen and insulation(the insulation is so i can introduce it slowly to my parents) then the insulation wil burn out and hopefully made it a bit louder.. when it had a straight pipe it sounded liek a 250f with a pipe on it.. i still havnet had time to get a picture of it yet i will post them up as soon as i can

Yeah I wouldn't make it too loud...but make sure you have enough back pressure or you will fry the valves.

all you need is like 6 inches of pipe to not burn the valves... i have to get pictures today hopefuly

no you need curves in the pipe to create backpressure

steel tubing, pipe bender, wleder,grinder, hack saw, sand paper, and spray paint
