during the MX this is what i do in the morning i wake up and i work out for 1.5 hours then eat hella food. this is what i do to stay in shape and stay strong also b/c i need to be strong for both MX and hockey... what do you guys do to stay in shape or work out???

drink beer...haha nah...i usually run with my dog because he needs to otherwise he would get sick. After that I try to lift weights some...other than that shoveling jumps and lifting sh!t is how I keep in sort of shape. I keep telling myself I need to get training...but it dont seem to happen

ya during the racing season i normally run almost everyday about 2 miles, watch what i eat b/c im a chocolate addict and ride alot oh and i usually stop partying hard-core

for footbal this summer i have to work out 3 days a week at school. up at 5.30 in the morning monday wendsay, friday and i leave at 6.30. thats gonne be a bitch and plus i have drivers ed rite after that
